SAVE THE DATE! Philip Hayden Reunion June 20, 2009
Salem Church of God will host the second Philip Hayden Reunion on Saturday, June 20, 2009. Families, friends and volunteers of The Philip Hayden Foundation are invited for an afternoon of fun, fellowship and food! This event is free and offered in celebration of Salem's partnership with The Philip Hayden Foundation.
Picnic will take place 1:00 - 4:00 PM at Salem. Everyone is invited to return on Sunday morning for a special time of Worship together.
Our PHF Reunion Team needs you!! Salem will act as host for this global outreach event. We need you on our team to make this a special celebration. Do you see a place where your family can serve?
- Host A Family – Homes are needed for our guests to reside for the weekend. Would your family enjoy practicing the gift of hospitality? Air mattresses & basements are fine! This is an excellent opportunity for your family to build relationships with families from across the country.
- Transportation Team – Some of our families will be flying into town. Would you be willing to pick them up from the airport and take them to their accommodations?
- Food Crew – We’re grilling out and feeding a lot of people. Would you like to help in this area? Our crew needs you!!
- Picnic Activity Team – We have a lot of children to entertain! Would you like to help organize our activities? This team is for you.
- Shepherd for a Day – We need your family to act as guides throughout the day. Shepherd’s will wear special t-shirts and attend to the needs of our guests during the picnic.
